THC is the primary cannabinoid responsible for the psychoactive effects associated with cannabis. The amount of THC in a product can vary widely based on the method of consumption and the strain at the source of that product. The high that is produced is often enhanced by the “entourage effect” which is a combination of multiple cannabinoids in conjunction with various terpenes and individual body chemistry.

Terpenes are aromatic compounds found in cannabis that contribute to each strain's unique flavor and aroma. Total terpenes represents the combined concentration of all terpene compounds detected in the product, which may influence the overall experience through the entourage effect.

In the early 1990s a handful of seeds changed hands at a concert, and the plant grown from it became Chemdawg. Around the same time, OG Kush was taking root in Florida before it headed west to California. OG Chem brings those two lines together as a cross of OG Kush and Chemdawg, two families that shaped modern American cannabis.

The aroma leads with sharp diesel and the solvent-edged funk Chemdawg is famous for, then opens into sour lemon and pine from the OG side, finishing on a peppery, skunky note.

Its effects are commonly described as uplifting and euphoric at the start - talkative, creative and focused - before easing into the settled body calm that OG Kush lines are known for. For fuel up front and pine behind it, OG Chem is a direct line back to two foundational strains.
